Wendy Chin-Tanner est une autrice et poétesse dont les œuvres couvrent à la fois la fiction et la poésie. Elle est l’autrice du roman "King of the Armadillos" ainsi que des recueils de poésie "Turn" et "Anyone Will Tell You." Par ailleurs, elle a dirigé la publication de "Embodied: An Intersectional Feminist Comics Poetry Anthology," témoignant de son engagement envers les récits féministes intersectionnels.
Née et élevée à New York, Chin-Tanner a cofondé A Wave Blue World, une maison d’édition indépendante spécialisée dans les romans graphiques. Son écriture explore souvent des thèmes tels que l’identité, la famille et la justice sociale, mêlant une prose lyrique à une narration poignante. Résidant désormais dans la vallée de l’Hudson avec sa famille, elle continue de contribuer aux communautés littéraires et artistiques à travers son travail polyvalent.
