Wesley King est un auteur canadien très primé, principalement connu pour ses romans de science-fiction et de fantasy mettant en scène des protagonistes adolescents dotés de capacités extraordinaires. En l'espace de quelques années, King a connu un important succès et une reconnaissance pour son travail, recevant plusieurs récompenses et distinctions.
Les romans de King ont gagné un large public et son travail a été salué par de nombreux prix, dont le prestigieux prix American Library Association's Schneider Family Book Award pour son roman "OCDaniel", qui traite des défis de vivre avec un trouble obsessionnel compulsif.
